Clark College wanted to research ways to make its website more user-friendly during a brand refresh in 2016. The goal was to recreate a homepage that would appeal to prospective students.
Lindsey’s contributions to the Clark College rebrand and website redesign, included information architecture, homepage mockups, sub-page department mockups, OUCampus designs, rebranding implementation, and UI research for a better online experience.
Lindsey’s research included discoveries using columns to display more text on one page, eliminating PDF documents for ADA accommodations, using accordion style boxes to hide and show text, interactive videos, and images to engage the user and limited options on the homepage. Eventually, this research would lead to the redesign of the school website and several department pages.
